Customer Services Manager – Business Travel

CWT Harvey’s Travel is actively seeking an experienced Customer Services Manager, Business Travel to join our team and play a pivotal role in fostering long-term partnerships, optimizing travel programs and ensuring excellence in customer satisfaction.  This is a remote, home-based position in Atlantic Canada.  We offer competitive salaries, attractive incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. 

The Candidate:

• Is passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering outstanding service.
• Will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, enhancing travel program effectiveness and overall client value.
• Brings strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrates the ability to navigate an ever-changing industry as a critical thinker and problem solver.
• Identifies opportunities for program improvement and provides actionable insights.
• Supports contract retention strategies through intelligence gathering and relationship mapping.
• Assists with new business negotiations, onboarding and implementation of new accounts, including communication and change-management plans.
• Strong focus on relationship building, project management and strategic direction.
• Is a supportive team player who works collaboratively across departments. 
• Travel industry experience (3-5 years) is preferred; experience managing accounts in other industries is also considered an asset.
